Early Boston Terrier, "Sunlight".



Since closer to its original, the Olde Boston Bulldogge should be allowed to have a larger range in size and appearance than its show-cousin the Boston Terrier. Since still a working dog the Olde Boston Bulldogge have kept this large range regarding shape and size, and as the Bulldogs of old, function should come before form.
But, nevertheless, as we can witness at the old pictures at this page and at the "History" page, the modern Olde Boston Bulldogge of today shows much more in common with the Boston Terriers of old than the modern show Boston Terrier do.

The Olde Boston Bulldogge is still a working Bulldog, very smart and easy to train, an all family dog but tends to pick one they connect closer with.

The coat of the Olde Boston Bulldogge comes in all colours that you would associate with the bulldog breeds. Which means fawn, brindle, black, red, red-nosed, blue, and white.
The weight of the Boston Bulldog can be anywhere from 11,3-20,3 kg. (25-45 lbs).
